Sometimes I look back and think about what my life would have involved if I had never made the decision to lose weight and pursue a healthier lifestyle. At the time, I got a lot of negative pushback from my friends and family. While they wanted me to achieve the results that I craved, they felt as though I would never be successful. Proving them wrong is still one of the best feelings of my life. It is a feeling that I want to share with you, while I also want to tell you about the ways that you can make similar changes to your life.
It is why I decided to create a website and magazine that will focus on health and fitness. The idea is not to engage in preachiness, where I am constantly telling you that you must lose weight or go on a diet or do some other activity. I am fully aware that each person has their own journey that must be done at a pace that is suitable for them. It is why I never push anyone I know to go down the same path that I did until they are 100 percent ready.
What I will be doing on the site is talking about all the ways that you can make these positive changes, if you are ready to do so. For instance, we have a huge section of the site dedicated to intermittent fasting. You can learn all about this method of dieting, why it is useful and how it can transform your life. We also have other tips about foods that you should eat and those you should avoid when you are dieting. We hope that all these guides and informational articles will be helpful to those who may not know a lot about the topics in question.
